California Buyers - Sales tax does apply.  If you living within San Mateo County, CA sales tax is 8.25% of your total merchandise order; outside San Mateo County, CA Sales tax is 7.25%.

Payment Information

We accept payments in U.S. dollars only.   While we prefer U.S. Postal Money Orders, we also accept other cash equivalent payments like personal checks*,  cashiers checks, & BidPay.  For personal checks, we wait 15 business days for payment to clear.  If your check has non-sufficient funds (i.e. bounces), you are responsible for repaying by U.S. Money Order the amount of the check plus a $25 service charge or damages equal to treble the amount of the check (California Civil Code 1719).

We welcome or buyers outside the U.S. Payment must be made by PayPal or BidPay; we will not accept personal checks.  U.S. dollars (cash) is sent at buyer's risk.

Shipping Information

In-stock items are shipped within 1 - 5 days of cleared payment.  Out-of-stock items may take up to 4-6 weeks for delivery.  All items are carefully inspected & well packed for shipping. 

We always e-mail you to confirm shipping and provide the tracking number, too.  Small items under 1 lb may be shipped USPS First Class.  Large packages may be shipped UPS or FedEx at our discretion.

Additional Shipping surcharge may apply for shipping large packages, such as the Limited Edition horses and large Specialty horses (Jumping Horse with Rider, Bucking Bronco with Rider, and Wild Horses).

Addresses outside U.S.  - We can ship to other countries.  Please specify "surface" or "air".  We will provide a shipping estimate based on the weight of your order.

 

Gift Services:

Gift-wrapping with gift card is available for an extra $2 per item or a flat $5.  Please specify gift message and any additional shipping instructions when ordering.

Gift Certificates:  Not sure which one to buy?  Gift Certificates are available in $5 increments, starting at $10.  For no extra charge, we can mail  a gift card & your message to gift recipients in the U.S.

 

Return Policy:

We guarantee satisfaction with all merchandise shipped or you may replace/return your purchase.  We inspect each item before carefully packing it and purchase shipping insurance to cover damage/loss in transit.  

Any claims for damage or loss are handled by the buyer with the shipper.   If item arrives damaged, please keep original box and all packing material for your damage claim.  Please notify us within 2 days of receipt of item by e-mail.  We will provide insurance receipt.  If you chose to have the item shipped without insurance, you agree to accept all responsibility for any loss/damage during transit.

If we make a mistake and ship the wrong or a defective item, returns/replacements will be made at our expense.  If you wish to return an item for another reason, you may return it for a merchandise credit (merchandise cost, excluding shipping costs and 15% restocking fee) by contacting us within 5 days of receipt of item for a return authorization. Item must be returned postage prepaid within 10 days of original shipping date in same condition and packaging as when sold.
