Thank you for taking the time to read this, to assure we both have a smooth and pleasant transaction.

About Me: I have been involved in the model horse hobby since the 1980s. I am selling these items from my personal collection as some are duplicates and I need the space. And, in different areas I'm expanding or changing my collection due to changing interests.

About You: Are you under 18 years of age? If yes, please ask your parent/legal guardian to contact me on your behalf about any item that I am selling or trading. This is done to protect your legal rights as well as mine; thanks.

Communication
- Please ask all questions before buying. All sales are final unless I have made an error in describing the horse.

- Email: I typically respond with 1-2 for a purchase inquiry, and 3-4 days for a trade inquiry. If you don't hear from me, please resend your inquiry, thank you!

Offers and Trades
Offers: I am open to reasonable offers, especially on my Breyers or if you are buying multiple items from me.

Trading: I am open to trading, please let me know what you're interested in from me, and what you have to offer in return.Check out my wanted page.

Purchasing
- All Sales Are Final (unless there is a mistake on my part). Please, no Buyer's Remorse

Items Being Sold
- Unless you are buying from my HR inventory as a dealer, all items listed here are from my personal collection. They have been carefully stored, always in a non-smoking, temperature-controlled environment.

- I have described their condition and any flaws that I can see. But please remember that typically Breyers and even Hagen Renakers are mass-produced.

- Crazing is typical on ceramic pieces as they age, if this is a concern for you, please ask.

Payments
- Payment in full is required before any item ships.
- Will ship internationally (for int'l, payment by Western Union is easiest for me).
- Payment in U.S. dollars only

Payment Types
1) Post Office Money Orders (purchased at your local post office) - preferred.

2) Personal check - must be U.S. accounts, in U.S. Dollars. Must have good feedback on ebay/MHHR, and will wait 4 weeks for check to clear before item is sent. Use your bank's bill pay feature and they pay postage.

3) Western Union - have used this primarily with int'l buyers.

4) Bank cashier's check, other types of Money Orders, etc - I will wait 4 weeks after depositing payment before item is shipped.

5) PayPal - To keep my sales prices as low as possible, this is not a standard option that I currently accept. If you would like the option of paying via PayPal, please email me as there is an additional cost involved, including insurance, delivery confirmation, and good references.

Time payments
Please let me know in advance if you're interested in this. Would allow short time payments for purchases over $200 (up to 90 days) for individuals with good references for time payments.

Shipping
Prices listed do not include shipping unless otherwise noted. I will ship international via USPS.

For shipping within U.S., buyer has choice of USPS, UPS, or Fed Ex. My normal shipping is USPS unless it is a large item, then I will also compare to UPS for the best price. Note, for USPS, if horse value(s) are over $250, may be sent with signature confirmation at my discretion.

Note, this is not my fulltime job, so shipping typically on Saturday. However, I am selling primarily to make space so if I can get your horse out earlier, I will try. .

Insurance / Tracking
I pack really well. But once the package enters the delivery system, I cannot be responsible. Insurance is recommended in case of damage or loss during transit.
